1980s Custom Pendleton Eames Side Chair Set
A unique quartet of classic chairs with a truly original twist!
From a 1980s Herman Miller production, the white fibreglass side chairs with white La Fonda metal bases are newly upholstered. Finished with limited Pendleton tissue – two of the chairs carry a pattern from a highly limited blanket in collaboration with Nike – for a refined matching look, this stunning set is as snug as it is elegant.
With his Haptiques agency, Felix Engelmann imports brands like Porter Yoshida, or Pendleton. A fan of the famous American brand and a self-confessed chair nut, Felix came up with covering classic Eames designs with special Pendleton wool blankets – and realized this idea at the local workshop of a trusted traditional upholsterer. Bases and seats will ship disassembled, but can be easily set up upon arrival.
