Well, this is a first for us—and we guess for many of you as well!

The Grand Trianon and Petit Trianon, small palaces in the grounds of Versailles, France, are known for their neoclassical architecture and elegant proportions.

That’s exactly what we have here: an ultra-thin, square-yet-rounded watch with the classic Cartier-style bezel featuring rivets—super sophisticated and elegant—topped off with a blue cabochon crown. The dial is unmistakably Cartier: stark white with black painted Roman numerals and blued hands.

This refined dress watch is powered by an ultra-thin hand-wound movement, fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.

It’s currently fitted with the photographed leather strap, which we think makes for a great match.
