Omega Speedmaster Professional 105.012-66 CB Case

Omega Speedmaster Professional 105.012-66 CB Case

A tale of two cases…

The reference 105.012 was the first Speedmaster to feature the asymmetrical case. In fact, this reference was available in two different cases, one manufactured by Huguenin Freres (HF) and the other by Centrale Boites (CB). Both cases featured single step case backs but are differentiated by a small line between the polishing planes on the undersides of the lugs on the CB cases.

The watch we are offering is a CB cased example in great condition. The dial features pumpkin-coloured lume. The original dot-over-ninety (DON) is in fantastic original condition.
This cool Speedy will come with an extract from the Omega Archive confirming it was sold in Chile in 1967. The movement, which bears the serial 24958xxxx, and has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
