Rolex 6605 Datejust Tropical Gilt Dial 1957

This watch combines three of our favourite elements. It’s a Datejust, its in an early case and its tropical…seriously, what’s not to love? We are offering a rare and cool early Datejust, dating to 1957, with a beautifully aged non-lume dial with matching hands. Tropical tones range from light caramels to rich chocolate and when the sun catches the dial – awesome! The case is in very good condition and the bezel is still in fantastic shape. The later USA Jubilee bracelet is in very good condition, with minimal stretch. The original ‘+’ Brevet crown is still present and the watch has been fitted with a non-cyclops ‘tropic’ style crystal.
