Rolex Day-Date White Gold Buckley Dial ref 1803

The ‘Buckley’ dial is a cool watch that acquired its nickname after New York dealer John Buckley who collected these dials and shared them on the Vintage Rolex Forum (VRF). It is most common to see these dials on Datejusts, but here it is in a Day-Date featuring painted black Roman hour markers.

This watch houses a beautiful white example of the Buckley with crisp black printing and complimentary black hands.
The luminous material is luminova on both dial and hands. We believe that it has been relumed during a Rolex service at some point-but the white lume on the white dial works well!

The case remains in great condition and the white gold bezel is well defined too. The watch comes on a white gold concealed clasp President bracelet that is in great condition and fits wrists up to 17.5 cm.

The slow set movement has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
