Rolex Day-Date 18039B "Tridor" Peach Dial from Original Owner Full Set

The name "Tridor" comes from the Latin/French roots tri- (meaning three) and doré (gilded), a nod to the watch's use of three distinct gold tones. Introduced in the early to mid-1980s under the unique reference 18239B, the Tridor was part of Rolex’s initiative to innovate in both materials and luxury design.

 

Its defining feature is the President bracelet, which seamlessly blends yellow, white, and rose gold in the center links—a combination exclusive to the Tridor. The 18k white gold case offers a beautiful contrast to the warm tones of the bracelet, resulting in a watch that feels both bold and refined.

The tri-colored President-style bracelet is in excellent condition, fits wrists up to 18 cm, and features solid end links and a hidden clasp.

 

The matte “peach”-toned dial is particularly elegant, with applied Roman numerals and a black-printed railroad minute track. The day disc is in English. This unusual Day-Date comes directly from the original owner and is offered as a full set: including the outer box, the elegant leather inner box, a polishing cloth, three booklets, paper holder, red hang tag, green hang tag with the watch’s serial number, the original crystal (replaced during service), and the punched warranty card, showing a sale in 1988 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

 

Fun fact: On the back of one lug, there's an internal stock number from the authorized dealer—matching the one found on the outer Rolex box.This odd Day-date has been fully serviced by our watchmaker .
