2023 is the 70th anniversary of Rolex’s 3-6-9 dial sports watch, the mighty Explorer. Named in celebration of the intrepid adventurers that climbed Everest, it is a firm favourite with fans of Rolex sports watches.

This is a classic, fuss-free matte dial sports watch with iconic 3 6 9 hour markers in a timeless 36mm Oyster case. The case is really strong all round, with even lugs.

The Mk 5 matte dial features lovely cream painted lume on the 3-6-9 numerals and is in excellent condition. The watch is fitted with a solid-link Oyster bracelet reference 78360 in superb condition with reference 580 endlinks and a clasp stamped ‘I 8’.
The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
