Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Silver Dial Ref 1530

The reference 1530 is one of the rarest Datejust that was made for only a couple of years and was a test for the Oysterquartz watch.

The unusual integrated bracelet case became well-known as the Oysterquartz but early market test watches were released with automatic movements.

This example remains in great condition with a strong case and bracelet.
The silver dial has, like many of these watches, changed colour to a subtle cream hue. The watch is fitted with a reference 96660 integrated bracelet( only for this reference !) that is in great condition with folding clasp.
The movement has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
