Rolex Submariner 1680 Red MK4 Dial

The Red Sub is an important piece for vintage Rolex fans, seen as a key piece in a serious collection. However important these watches are viewed by collectors, we simply love them for that red line and the cool tool-vibe that they exude. This example has an MK4 dial, with crisp red text and cream-toned lume on the hour plots and hands. The case is strong, with even lugs and crown guards.

The bezel insert has faded to a mid-blue hue. The folded-link Oyster bracelet, ref. 9315, is in excellent condition and has reference 280 end links and a clasp stamped 3 70. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
