Tudor Black Bay Black ETA-Movement Full Set Ref 79220N

The Black Bay is one of the most successful modern watch lines and has been something of a phenomenon with both new and vintage collectors. The Black Bay Black was introduced in late 2014 but was made with an ETA movement for only a few weeks before being replaced by the in-house movement version. This makes it one of the rarest modern Tudors and a sure-fire future collectible.

This watch remains in great condition and the steel case is excellent as are the black dial and bezel insert with cool red-triangle detail. These dials are clue about the movement beneath as they have the early Tudor Sub style “smiley face” text at the bottom of the dial and are not COSC rated. The watch comes on a steel three-link bracelet reference 95740 with solid endlinks. Included are both the inner and outer boxes, two booklets and the guarantee card dated 2016. The watch has been checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
