Zenith El primero A384 “Panda Tropical Dial" with Gay Frères Ladder Bracelet

The Zenith “El Primero” movement was introduced in 1969 as the world’s first integrated automatic chronograph movement.

This ref. A384 uses the Calibre 3019 El Primero movement with a date feature, housed in one of the most iconic sports cases of the 1970s. The case is in great condition and features pump pushers and an oversized winding crown. The panda dial includes sub-dials and a tachymeter ring that have aged beautifully to a tropical chocolate hue, with the date window located at 4 o’clock.

 

We love the vintage vibes of this cool watch! This A384 is fitted with its very rare original Ladder bracelet, manufactured by Gay Frères, featuring ZKM-stamped end links and a clasp stamped “4 71.” We think this awesome bracelet really makes the watch stand out! The automatic Zenith El Primero movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
